Aarti Industries Limited has responded to a clarification sought by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited regarding a significant increase in the trading volume of its equity shares. The exchange had written to Aarti Industries Limited on June 15, 2026, to ensure investors have access to the latest relevant information and to safeguard their interests.

In its reply, Aarti Industries Limited stated that it has been promptly disseminating to the stock exchanges all information and events required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. Aarti Industries Limited confirmed that it has been complying with its continuous disclosure obligations to the stock exchanges.

Aarti Industries Limited further clarified that there is no undisclosed information or pending announcement that may have a bearing on the price or volume behaviour in the scrip. Aarti Industries Limited attributed the increase in volume to market-driven factors and stated that the volume movement is absolutely market driven. The response was submitted following an email from the exchange bearing reference NSE/CM/Surveillance/17097, received at 6:14 pm on June 15, 2026.
