Adani Green Energy Operationalizes 150 MW Solar Project at Khavda

Adani Green Energy Limited has operationalized a 150 MW solar power project at Khavda, Gujarat, through its wholly-owned stepdown subsidiary Adani Renewable Energy Eight Limited. The decision to operationalize the plant was taken at 10:42 p.m. on June 27, 2026, following receipt of relevant clearances. Power generation from the project commenced on June 28, 2026.

The project is situated at the Khavda renewable energy park in Gujarat's Kutch district. Adani Green Energy Limited is developing multiple solar and wind installations at this location as part of a large-scale renewable energy cluster. The Khavda zone has become a central site for AGEL's capacity expansion efforts.

With this commissioning, Adani Green Energy Limited's total operational renewable generation capacity has reached 19,985.8 MW across solar, wind, and hybrid installations. The total operational battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity stands at 3,366 MWh. The 150 MW solar addition at Khavda contributes to both the generation and storage segments of AGEL's portfolio.

Adani Green Energy Limited informed BSE and NSE of the development in a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations. The filing was submitted on June 28, 2026. Adani Green Energy Limited continues to commission new projects, with the Khavda solar addition contributing to AGEL's growing generation base across multiple technologies and states in India.
