Aditya Birla Real Estate Sets Record Date for Dividend Payment

Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited, formerly Century Textiles and Industries Limited, has scheduled its 129th Annual General Meeting for Monday, 27th July, 2026 at 3:00 PM IST. The meeting will seek shareholder approval for the payment of dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026.

The board of directors at its meeting held on 6th May, 2026 had recommended a dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each. This represents a dividend payout of 25% for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026.

ABREL has fixed Tuesday, 14th July, 2026 as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the dividend payment. The register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from Wednesday, 15th July, 2026 to Monday, 27th July, 2026, both days inclusive, for the purpose of dividend payment.

Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, the dividend will be paid on or after Thursday, 30th July, 2026. Eligible shareholders as of the record date will receive the dividend after applicable tax deduction at source.

Beneficial owners in dematerialized form will receive the dividend based on shareholding data from NSDL and CDSL as of the close of business on the record date. Physical shareholders who have lodged valid transmission or transposition requests by the record date will also be eligible for the payout.
