Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited, formerly Century Textiles and Industries Limited, has scheduled its 129th Annual General Meeting for Monday, 27th July, 2026 at 3:00 PM IST. The meeting will seek shareholder approval for the payment of dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026.
The board of directors at its meeting held on 6th May, 2026 had recommended a dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each. This represents a dividend payout of 25% for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026.

Physical shareholders who have lodged valid transmission or transposition requests by the record date will also be eligible for the payout.
