Aegis Logistics Q4 net profit jumps to Rs 524.31 crore, board recommends Rs 6.70 dividend

Aegis Logistics Limited announced the board's approval of audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board meeting was held on May 29, 2026.

Revenue from operations for the March 2026 quarter stood at Rs 1,713.16 crore, compared with Rs 913.90 crore in the December quarter and Rs 914.25 crore in the year-ago period. For the full fiscal year, revenue from operations rose 51 percent to Rs 4,491.54 crore from Rs 2,976.78 crore in FY25.

Profit before tax for the March quarter was Rs 638.66 crore, against Rs 216.01 crore in the previous quarter and Rs 268.44 crore in the same quarter last year. Net profit for the quarter came in at Rs 524.31 crore, compared with Rs 183.35 crore in the preceding quarter and Rs 225.64 crore in the year-ago period. For the full year, net profit rose to Rs 943.55 crore from Rs 528.25 crore in FY25.

The Gas Terminal Division reported segment revenue of Rs 1,665.10 crore in the March quarter and Rs 4,319.27 crore for the full year, compared with Rs 789.81 crore and Rs 2,743.59 crore respectively in the corresponding periods last year. The Liquid Terminal Division posted segment revenue of Rs 48.06 crore for the quarter and Rs 172.27 crore for the year.

The board recommended a final dividend of 670 percent, or Rs 6.70 per equity share of face value Re 1 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing annual general meeting.

Basic earnings per share for the full year stood at Rs 26.88, compared with Rs 15.07 in the previous year.
