Angel One Limited has appointed Ajit Narayanan as its Chief Technology Officer. The appointment was announced on June 4, 2026, through a press release filed with the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE.
Ajit brings over 25 years of experience in building and scaling technology-led businesses across consumer internet, e-commerce, digital healthcare and enterprise platforms. His expertise spans platform engineering, artificial intelligence, cloud-native architectures and data-led transformation at scale. In his new role, he will lead Angel One's engineering function, shaping platform architecture, performance and scalability while driving high-velocity execution across teams.
Ravish Sinha, Group Chief Product and Technology Officer, will transition from his current role into an individual technologist role reporting to the Group CEO. Group CEO Ambarish Kenghe said the company is focused on investing ahead of the curve to build systems, capabilities and the innovation needed to achieve its north star goals.
Prior to joining Angel One, Ajit led technology for supply chain and commercial platforms at Reliance Retail. He earlier served as Chief Technology and Product Officer at Licious, where he drove modernisation of consumer and operational platforms. He co-founded MFine, an AI-powered digital healthcare platform, and served as Chief Technology Officer at Myntra, where he led technology platform evolution during a period of rapid growth. Earlier, he held engineering, product and global leadership roles at SAP.
Angel One is a fintech platform with a client base of over 37 million. Angel One offers digital-first solutions across broking, advisory, margin funding, wealth and asset management and distribution of third-party financial products including mutual funds, credit, fixed income and insurance.
