Alkyl Amines Chemicals Limited has launched the second edition of its 100-day investor awareness campaign titled "Saksham Niveshak" to help shareholders claim unpaid or unclaimed dividends. The initiative follows a March 27, 2026 communication from the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs requesting companies to undertake the campaign.

Alkyl Amines Chemicals Limited has been dispatching annual reminder letters to shareholders encouraging them to update their details and claim unpaid or unclaimed dividends. The Saksham Niveshak campaign further supports these efforts by creating awareness about KYC compliance and claiming entitlements before amounts are transferred to the IEPFA.

Dividend amounts remaining unpaid or unclaimed for seven consecutive years must be transferred to the IEPFA. Shares for which dividends have remained unclaimed for seven consecutive years or more are also liable to be transferred. Details of unpaid or unclaimed dividends for the past seven years have been uploaded on Alkyl Amines Chemicals Limited's website at alkylamines.com.

Outstanding payments will be credited directly to bank accounts only if the folio is KYC compliant. Shareholders must register their PAN, contact details, bank account information, and specimen signature. Shareholders holding shares in physical form are required to submit KYC details, bank account information with a self-attested passbook, and nomination forms to the registrar and transfer agent.

Shareholders can submit documents to registrar and transfer agent MUFG Intime Private Limited by post at its Vikhroli West office in Mumbai, by email from a registered email ID with digitally signed documents, or through the online portal. Documents must be submitted by July 9, 2026.
