Amber Enterprises India Limited conducted the groundbreaking ceremony of two advanced manufacturing facilities at the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority area near Noida International Airport in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh, on June 27, 2026. The two facilities span a combined 116 acres and represent Amber Group's expansion in electronics and home appliance production.
The first facility, operated by Ascent-K Circuit, will manufacture advanced HDI PCBs across 16 acres. The project has received approval under the Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. Ascent-K Circuit combines the manufacturing expertise of Ascent Circuits and Korea Circuit Company for PCB production.
The second facility is an Ultra Mega AC manufacturing plant spanning 100 acres. The plant is designed to scale domestic production of air conditioners in a phased manner to meet growing demand across India.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Union Minister for Railways, Information and Broadcasting, Electronics and Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw, and Union Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change Bhupender Yadav. Cabinet Minister for Industrial Development Nand Gopal Gupta, Minister of State Brijesh Singh, Members of Parliament Mahesh Sharma and Surendra Singh Nagar, and Member of Legislative Assembly Dhirender Singh were also present at the event.
Jasbir Singh, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Amber Group, said the expansion enables the Group to build large-scale technology-intensive manufacturing capabilities and advances the vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat. Singh added that the facilities will deepen domestic value addition, foster innovation in the import-dependent PCB segment, and create employment opportunities across Uttar Pradesh.
