Apar Industries reports FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 22,902 crore, recommends Rs 60 per share dividend

APAR Industries Limited reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 22,902.12 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, up from Rs 18,581.21 crore in the previous fiscal year. The Board of Directors approved the audited financial results at its meeting held on May 28, 2026.

Consolidated profit after tax stood at Rs 253.44 crore for FY26 compared to Rs 249.99 crore in FY25. Standalone profit after tax was Rs 254.52 crore versus Rs 244.29 crore in the prior year. Basic earnings per share on consolidated basis was Rs 63.09 for the full year.

The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 60 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each for FY26. The total dividend payout amounts to Rs 241.01 crore on 4,01,68,315 equity shares, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Segment-wise, the Conductors business posted revenue of Rs 12,711.95 crore with segment results of Rs 995.01 crore. Transformer and speciality oils contributed Rs 5,373.07 crore in revenue, while Power and Telecom cables reported Rs 6,219.51 crore in revenue for the year.

The company recorded exceptional items of Rs 32.53 crore pertaining to past service cost on gratuity and compensated absence payable to employees. The Board also approved further investment not exceeding BRL 550,000 in Apar Industries Latam Ltda, Brazil, a wholly owned subsidiary.
