Further promoter group entities named in Annexure A are Constructive Finance Private Limited, Indian Institute of Translational Research Private Limited, Artemis Medicare Services Limited, Milers Global Private Limited and Leto Realtors Private Limited. The exchanges were asked to take the disclosures on record under the SEBI takeover regulations.
