Ashok Leyland Declares Rs 2.50 Interim Dividend, Approves Q4 and FY26 Financial Results

Ashok Leyland Limited declared a second interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share at its board meeting held on May 28, 2026. The dividend applies to equity shares with a face value of Re 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The record date for determining eligible shareholders is June 3, 2026. The company will disburse the dividend on or before June 26, 2026. Ashok Leyland confirmed there will be no final dividend for FY 2025-26.

The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Standalone revenue from operations for FY 2025-26 stood at Rs 44,007.03 crore, up from Rs 38,752.74 crore in the previous fiscal year.

Standalone profit for FY 2025-26 was Rs 3,565.53 crore compared to Rs 3,303.29 crore in FY 2024-25. Basic earnings per share for the full year came in at Rs 6.07. For the January-March 2026 quarter, standalone revenue from operations was Rs 14,160.49 crore and profit for the period was Rs 1,404.72 crore.

Consolidated revenue from operations for Q4 FY 2025-26 was Rs 17,246.44 crore, while profit attributable to owners of the company for the quarter was Rs 1,290.70 crore. Outstanding qualified borrowings decreased to Rs 1,002.04 crore as of March 31, 2026, from Rs 1,228.34 crore at the start of the financial year.
