Asian Paints Board Recommends Final Dividend of Rs 23 Per Share, Convenes 80th AGM on July 9

Asian Paints Limited on May 29, 2026, informed stock exchanges that its Board of Directors approved audited financial results for the quarter and full year ended March 31, 2026, at a meeting held on the same day.

The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 23 per equity share of Re 1 face value for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the 80th Annual General Meeting. The total dividend for FY2026 aggregates to Rs 27.50 per share, inclusive of the interim dividend of Rs 4.50 per share paid following the Board's November 12, 2025 meeting.

The record date for determining shareholder entitlement to the final dividend is June 23, 2026. If approved, dividend payment will be made on or after July 13, 2026.

Asian Paints' Board also approved audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY2026. Revenue from operations for the full year stood at Rs 30,769.48 crore, compared to Rs 29,552.65 crore in FY2025. Total income for FY2026 was Rs 31,702.14 crore, up from Rs 30,322.96 crore in the prior year.

Total expenses for FY2026 were Rs 25,802.01 crore, versus Rs 25,041.73 crore in FY2025. For the March 2026 quarter, revenue from operations was Rs 7,920.24 crore and total income was Rs 8,115.55 crore.

The 80th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 11:00 am IST, to be held through video conference and/or other audio-visual means. The company will hold an investor conference at 5:00 pm IST on May 29, 2026, to discuss the financial results.
