Asian Paints Q4 Revenue Rises 10% to Rs 7,920 Crore, Board Recommends Rs 23 Final Dividend

Asian Paints Limited reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 7,920.24 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, a 10.1% increase from Rs 7,192.41 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit before exceptional items and tax for the quarter stood at Rs 1,558.75 crore.

For the full financial year ended March 31, 2026, Asian Paints posted revenue from operations of Rs 30,769.48 crore, up from Rs 29,552.65 crore in FY2025. Profit before exceptional items and tax for the year was Rs 5,900.13 crore, compared with Rs 5,281.23 crore in the previous year.

Total income for the March quarter rose to Rs 8,115.55 crore from Rs 7,330.26 crore in the year-ago period. Total expenses stood at Rs 6,556.80 crore, against Rs 6,170.62 crore in Q4 FY2025. Cost of materials consumed during the quarter was Rs 3,276.01 crore.

The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 23 per equity share of face value Re 1 each for FY2026, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. Together with the interim dividend of Rs 4.50 per share paid earlier, the total dividend for the year aggregates to Rs 27.50 per share.

The record date for the final dividend has been fixed as June 23, 2026, and payment will be made on or after July 13, 2026, if approved. The 80th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for July 9, 2026.

Asian Paints will hold an investor conference call at 5:00 pm IST on May 29, 2026, where management will discuss the financial performance.
