Aurobindo Pharma Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its promoters and promoter group collectively held 51.82 per cent of the total equity share capital as of March 31, 2026. The disclosure was made under Regulation 31(4) of the SEBI Takeover Regulations.
Aurobindo Pharma submitted a declaration stating that no fresh encumbrance was created on the shares held by the promoters and promoter group during the financial year ended March 31, 2026, other than those already disclosed to the exchanges.
The promoter group comprises 15 entities, including individuals and corporate entities. RPR Sons Advisors Private Limited, along with Mrs. P. Suneela Rani (jointly holding), is the largest among the promoter group with a 33.50 per cent stake, holding 19,45,61,357 shares. Axis Clinics Limited and Trident Chemphar Limited are the other corporate entities in the promoter group.
Kambam Nityananda Reddy held 2,53,59,572 shares, representing 4.37 per cent of the total share capital. Mrs. Kirthi Reddy Kambam held 2,00,62,852 shares, or 3.45 per cent. Mr. Venkata Ramprasad Reddy Penaka held 1,78,33,646 shares, amounting to 3.07 per cent.
Dr. M. Sivakumaran held 1,43,57,432 shares, or 2.47 per cent, while Mrs. K. Spoorthi held 69,39,173 shares, or 1.19 per cent. The remaining promoter group members individually held less than 1 per cent each.
The total promoter and promoter group shareholding stood at 30,09,48,721 equity shares, representing 51.82 per cent of the paid-up equity share capital of Aurobindo Pharma Limited.
