Bharat Dynamics Limited has received orders worth Rs 1,347.71 crore from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited for the supply of defence systems and line replaceable units. The defence public sector undertaking informed both the National Stock Exchange and the BSE on June 24, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI listing regulations. The disclosure was signed by N. Nagaraja, Company Secretary of BDL.
The orders comprise Helina Launchers and LRUs valued at Rs 1,109.37 crore. Helina is a helicopter-launched variant of the NAG anti-tank guided missile developed for integration on rotary-wing platforms of the Indian armed forces. The order also includes Counter Measure Dispensing System LRUs worth Rs 238.34 crore. Both orders are on a gross basis.
The contracts are to be executed over a period of 24 to 60 months from the date of order. The orders have been awarded by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, a domestic entity and a key aerospace and defence manufacturer. The specific terms and conditions of the contracts are confidential in view of national security considerations.
BDL has confirmed that no promoter, promoter group, or group companies hold any interest in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. The orders do not fall under related party transactions. BDL is listed on the NSE under the symbol BDL and on the BSE under scrip code 541143.
BDL is a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Defence with its registered office in Hyderabad. BDL manufactures missile systems including anti-tank guided missiles, air defence systems, and countermeasure dispensing systems. BDL has an ongoing supply relationship with HAL for various defence platforms and systems.
