Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited announced that its Board of Directors at a meeting on 1 July 2026 approved the convening of the 62nd Annual General Meeting and fixed a record date for the final dividend for FY 2025-26.
The AGM is scheduled for Wednesday, 5 August 2026 at 10 A.M. IST through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means. The AGM notice along with the Annual Report 2025-26 will be sent electronically to members whose email addresses are registered with the Company or Depositories.
The Board has fixed Friday, 17 July 2026 as the Record Date for determining eligibility of members to receive the final dividend. The final dividend has been approved at Rs 1.40 per equity share, representing a 70% payout on the paid-up equity share capital for the financial year 2025-26.
The dividend, if approved by members at the 62nd AGM, will be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration, which is on or before 3 September 2026. The Record Date of 17 July 2026 will be used to identify shareholders eligible for this final dividend.
The announcement was made in a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. Mumbai.
