BLS International Services Limited has informed the exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, BLS International FZE, subscribed to 100% of the share capital of BLS International Services Japan Co. Ltd. (BLS Japan), a newly incorporated entity based in Japan. The subscription was completed for a cash consideration of JPY 100,000.
BLS Japan was incorporated on July 8, 2026, as a company based in Japan. The entity will operate in the visa outsourcing industry. The incorporation gives BLS International a direct operational presence in the Japanese market through its subsidiary's full ownership.
The entity will provide visa application processing services, citizen and front-end services, and consular-related services. It will also support electronic visa issuance and manage biometric authentication and identity verification processes. The entity's service portfolio covers the full range of visa and consular outsourcing operations.
BLS Japan will offer certification, authentication, and verification services. Various value-added services are also within the entity's scope. All businesses incidental or related to these activities will be undertaken.
BLS International FZE, the holding company of BLS Japan, is a wholly owned subsidiary of BLS International Services Limited. BLS International FZE now holds the full 100% equity stake in BLS Japan with the subscription.
The entire subscription consideration of JPY 100,000 was paid in cash.
