Capri Global Capital Board Re-appoints Independent Directors and Chief Risk Officer

Capri Global Capital Limited's board of directors, at its meeting held on June 16, 2026, approved the re-appointment of two independent directors and a director retiring by rotation, along with the re-appointment of the chief risk officer. These appointments are based on recommendations from the nomination and remuneration committee and are subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing annual general meeting.

The board re-appointed Dr. Nupur Mukherjee as an independent director for a second term of three consecutive years, effective January 27, 2027. Mr. Shishir Priyadarshi, a former IAS officer, was re-appointed as an independent director for a second term of five consecutive years, effective from the same date. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Rajesh Sharma, a promoter director and qualified chartered accountant, was re-appointed as a director liable to retire by rotation. He has offered himself for re-appointment, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.

Mr. Sanjeev Srivastava was re-appointed as the chief risk officer of Capri Global Capital for a period of three years, commencing October 31, 2026. The re-appointment followed recommendations from the risk management committee and the nomination and remuneration committee. Srivastava brings over 24 years of experience in banking and financial services, having previously served as chief risk officer at IIFL Finance Limited and held leadership roles at ICICI Bank, GE Money, and Reliance Group.

The board meeting started at 5:00 p.m. and concluded at 6:43 p.m. on June 16, 2026. Capri Global Capital will make the disclosures available on its website at www.capriloans.in.
