Cummins India Limited FY26 consolidated PAT rises to Rs 2,361.75 crore, board recommends Rs 46 final dividend

Cummins India Limited reported audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board approved the results at a meeting held on May 27, 2026.

Consolidated total income for the March quarter stood at Rs 3,155.89 crore, compared with Rs 2,596.87 crore in the same period last year. Profit after tax was Rs 649.46 crore against Rs 529.50 crore a year ago. Basic EPS for the quarter was Rs 23.43 per share versus Rs 19.10 per share in the corresponding period.

For the full financial year 2025-26, consolidated total income rose to Rs 12,660.53 crore from Rs 10,837.61 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations for the year was Rs 11,949.73 crore, against Rs 10,219.24 crore in the previous year. Other income for the year was Rs 517.34 crore, compared with Rs 446.92 crore.

Net profit for the year stood at Rs 2,361.75 crore, up from Rs 1,999.94 crore in FY25. Full-year EPS was Rs 85.20 per share versus Rs 72.15 per share in the prior year. Total expenses for the year were Rs 9,759.25 crore, against Rs 8,511.57 crore.

The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 46 per equity share (2,300% on face value of Rs 2 each) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. The record date for the final dividend has been fixed as July 17, 2026. Combined with the interim dividend of Rs 20 per share declared in February 2026, the total dividend for FY26 amounts to Rs 66 per equity share. The final dividend shall be paid on or before September 4, 2026.
