Cummins India Recommends Rs 46 Final Dividend, Reports Q4 and FY26 Results

Cummins India Limited announced that its Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 46 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend represents a payout of 2,300 percent on the face value of Rs 2 per share and covers the company's 27,72,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares.

This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 20 per share declared on February 4, 2026. The total dividend for the year amounts to Rs 66 per share. The record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the final dividend has been fixed as July 17, 2026, subject to approval at the annual general meeting. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or before September 4, 2026.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, Cummins India Limited reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 2,963.20 crore, compared with Rs 2,428.13 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. Total income for the quarter was Rs 3,155.89 crore, up from Rs 2,596.87 crore. Profit after tax stood at Rs 649.46 crore, against Rs 529.50 crore in the year-ago period.

For the full fiscal year 2025-26, consolidated revenue from operations increased to Rs 11,949.73 crore from Rs 10,219.24 crore in FY 2024-25. Total income for the year was Rs 12,660.53 crore, compared with Rs 10,837.61 crore. Profit after tax for the year was Rs 2,361.75 crore, up from Rs 1,999.94 crore in the previous year.

Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 23.43, compared with Rs 19.10 in the year-ago period. For the full year, EPS was Rs 85.20 against Rs 72.15 in FY 2024-25.
