Dabur India promoters disclose 117.50 crore equity shareholding as on March 31, 2026

Dabur India Limited has disclosed to the stock exchanges that its promoters and persons acting in concert held 1,175,004,985 equity shares as on March 31, 2026. The filing was submitted under Regulation 31(4) of the SEBI Takeover Regulations by Anand Chand Burman on behalf of the promoter group.

The promoters declared that no equity shares of Dabur India Limited were encumbered, directly or indirectly, during the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The promoter group includes Ashokchand Burman and Bros holding 30,000 shares, Anand Chand Burman HUF with 30,000 shares, Gyan Chand Burman and Others at 30,000 shares, and Amit Burman Family holding 15,000 shares. Pradip Burman holds 677,995 shares individually and Pradip Burman HUF holds 597,630 shares. Vivek Chand Burman holds 30,000 shares.

Among investment entities, Chowdry Associates, owned by Saket Burman, held 209,083,800 shares, the largest single holding in the group. Burmans Finvest Private Limited, owned by Monica Burman, held 53,012,986 shares. Cyan Enterprises Private Limited, owned by Amit Burman, held 26,506,492 shares. M B Mart Private Limited, owned by Mohit Burman, held 193,379,980 shares.

Trading companies within the promoter group include M T L Investment and Trading Company with 189,212,000 shares, and Sahiwal Investment and Trading Company with 217,794,000 shares. Ratna Commercial Enterprises Private Limited held 159,405,604 shares, and W D M D Y Investments Private Limited held 100,000 shares.

Individual holdings include Shivanib Burman with 15,000 shares, Asha Burman with 100,000 shares, Eishana Burman with 300,000 shares, Saket Burman with 21,000 shares, Chetan Burman with 30,000 shares, and Minnie Burman with 30,000 shares.
