Mr. Yeshil S. Mehta has been appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Non-executive Non-independent director, effective July 1, 2026. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing annual general meeting. Mr. Yeshil S. Mehta is not debarred from holding the office of director by any SEBI order.
