Eicher Motors Promoters File Encumbrance Disclosure Under SEBI Takeover Rules

Eicher Motors Limited has received disclosure filings under Regulation 31(4) and (5) of the SEBI Takeover Regulations from members of its promoter and promoter group. The filings were submitted to the National Stock Exchange and BSE Limited.
