Elecon Engineering Company Limited reported consolidated revenue of Rs 521 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, up 6.1% year-on-year. Consolidated EBITDA stood at Rs 109 crore with an EBITDA margin of 21.0%, while profit after tax was Rs 70 crore at a PAT margin of 13.5%.
The Gear Division posted revenue of Rs 416 crore, a 16.3% increase over the Rs 357 crore recorded in Q1 FY26, with EBIT of Rs 75 crore and an EBIT margin of 17.9%. Order intake for the division rose 18.8% year-on-year to Rs 570 crore, and the open order book expanded 46.9% to Rs 1,043 crore.
The Material Handling Equipment division reported revenue of Rs 105 crore, down 2.9% year-on-year, with an EBIT margin of 25.6%. The division secured an overseas order worth Rs 21 crore in the Port industry and recorded order intake of Rs 185 crore, up 38.1%, taking the open order book to Rs 475 crore, a 18.8% rise.
Overseas revenue reached Rs 151 crore during the quarter, contributing 29% of consolidated revenue and growing 21.9% year-on-year. Elecon Engineering Company Limited's consolidated order intake for the quarter totalled Rs 755 crore, with the consolidated open order book at Rs 1,518 crore as of 30 June 2026.
