Emami Limited increases stake in IncNut Digital to 60%

Emami Limited has acquired 1,064 equity shares of IncNut Digital Private Limited on June 11, 2026, increasing its stake in the digital subsidiary from 59.69% to 60.00%. The purchase was executed under the Share Subscription and Purchase Agreement governing Emami's investment in IncNut.

Emami had previously informed the exchanges about the acquisition on May 7, 2026, and June 1, 2026. The June 11 transaction follows the terms outlined in the share purchase agreement and represents an update to the previously disclosed acquisition plan.

With this purchase, Emami's total shareholding in IncNut Digital Private Limited has reached 60.00%, an increase of 0.31 percentage points from the earlier holding of 59.69%. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI master circular dated January 30, 2026.
