The balance was recorded as of 5:17:39 PM on June 4, 2026, and constitutes 0 percent of the total offer size of 415,586,443 equity shares.
Shares tendered by public shareholders remain subject to validation and verification of the complete set of submitted documents. Only equity shares validly tendered will be accepted by Emirates NBD Bank in the open offer in accordance with the SEBI SAST Regulations and the terms of the letter of offer dated May 22, 2026.
The number of shares reflected in the escrow account statement may differ from the number of shares that Emirates NBD Bank ultimately accepts in the open offer process.
