Godrej Properties Limited has sold homes worth over Rs 2,000 crore at Godrej Vanantara, its project located off Bannerghatta Road in Bengaluru. The Mumbai-based real estate developer sold over 1,000 homes with a total area of over 1.8 million square feet during the launch week.
Godrej Vanantara is among Godrej Properties' largest residential developments in South India, with a developable potential of approximately 3.53 million square feet and an estimated revenue potential of around Rs 3,700 crore. Launched in the first week of June 2026, the project was one of the most successful launches in the South Bengaluru micro-market.
Spanning 36 acres, the development includes expansive open spaces, landscaped greens, a 65,000 square feet clubhouse, low-density planning, and over 50 lifestyle amenities. Bannerghatta Road is a key growth corridor in South Bengaluru, driven by upcoming metro access, proximity to employment hubs, and demand for well-planned communities.
Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Godrej Properties, said customer priorities in South Bengaluru are evolving towards homes that deliver better design, liveability, and everyday experience. Godrej Properties is focused on understanding these shifts and building communities that respond to them, he added.
Godrej Properties is part of the Godrej Industries Group and was ranked the number one real estate company worldwide on both the Dow Jones Best-in-Class Sustainability Indices and the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark as of December 2025.
