Granules India Limited has clarified to the National Stock Exchange that the recent spurt in trading volume of its securities is purely market-driven. The clarification was submitted in response to an email from the exchange on May 27, 2026, which sought an explanation for the significant increase in volume observed across exchanges.
In its response filed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, Granules India stated that it has made all necessary disclosures. These disclosures include all price-sensitive information that may have a bearing on the operation or performance of the company.
Granules India confirmed that it will continue to adhere to the provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations. All relevant information that could have a bearing on the volume behaviour of the company's security has been disclosed to the exchanges, Granules India maintained. Granules India's response follows the exchange's routine enquiry into unusual trading activity across exchanges.
Granules India reiterated that it has complied with all disclosure requirements under securities regulations. All material events and information will continue to be disclosed to the stock exchanges as required, Granules India said.
