The pledged shares account for 1.89 per cent of Gujarat Fluorochemicals' total paid-up equity capital. Devansh Trademart LLP was the only promoter group member to report any fresh encumbrance on its shares during the fiscal year.
Aryavardhan Trading LLP, holding 55,76,440 equity shares, confirmed it did not create any encumbrance on its holdings during the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Individual promoter Vivek Kumar Jain, who held 40,200 shares, filed declarations both in his individual capacity and as director of Inox Leasing and Finance Limited.
Devansh Jain and Nandita Jain, each holding 10,000 shares as individual promoter group members, confirmed no encumbrances were made on their respective shareholdings during FY26. Their individual declarations were submitted to the exchanges alongside the entity-level disclosures from Devansh Trademart LLP and Aryavardhan Trading LLP.
The combined disclosure confirms that no encumbrances beyond those already reported during FY26 were created by any promoter group member or person acting in concert with them. The filing provides a complete record of promoter pledge activity for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, with Devansh Trademart LLP being the sole entity among the promoter group to report new share pledges during the year.
