Gujarat Gas Limited Q4 PAT at Rs 521 Crore, Board Recommends Rs 8.90 Per Share Dividend

Gujarat Gas Limited reported revenue from operations of Rs 5,976 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, compared to Rs 6,560 crore in the same period last year. EBITDA for Q4 FY26 was Rs 943 crore, against Rs 799 crore in Q4 FY25. Profit After Tax for the quarter stood at Rs 521 crore.

Full-year revenue for FY26 was Rs 24,198 crore, compared to Rs 27,718 crore in FY25. Annual EBITDA stood at Rs 3,772 crore, and PAT for the year was Rs 2,299 crore. Net worth as on March 31, 2026 was Rs 18,517 crore. Earnings Per Share for FY26 was Rs 24.50.

The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 8.90 per equity share of face value Rs 2 each for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. This is the highest dividend recommended by the board at 445% of face value.

The GSPC Group Composite Scheme of Arrangement took effect from May 1, 2026, with Gujarat Gas Limited now operating as Gujarat Energy Limited. The gas transmission business has been demerged into GSPL Transmission Limited, and a separate listing on BSE and NSE is underway.

Gujarat Gas Limited achieved its highest-ever CNG volume of 3.60 mmscmd in Q4 FY26, a 12% increase from 3.22 mmscmd in Q4 FY25, supported by a network of 839 CNG stations. Gujarat Gas Limited added more than 35,400 new domestic PNG customers during the quarter, taking total household connections to over 2.42 million.

The total pipeline network spans over 45,250 km across six states and one Union Territory. Gujarat Gas Limited invested Rs 561 crore in city gas distribution infrastructure during FY26. Between March and May 2026, 86 residential societies covering around 13,000 households in Gujarat became fully PNG-connected.
