HCL Technologies Limited has announced its participation in the TM Forum Catalyst Program, a collaborative innovation initiative for Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and technology partners. HCLTech is collaborating with Circles and Greyskies alongside telecom operators including Circles.Life, KDDI, Orange and TELUS on a new AI-powered multi-agent framework for autonomous network operations.
The framework aims to unify customer experience, network operations and business processes into an intelligent, real-time operational ecosystem. The solution is designed to accelerate end-to-end automation, enhance service assurance and improve customer engagement while unlocking monetization opportunities through AI-driven insights.
The initiative combines Circles' AI-native digital telco platform with Greyskies' AI-enabled network operations and HCLTech's AI-led automation, integrated through TM Forum Open APIs within an Open Digital Architecture (ODA) framework. This enables telecom providers to analyze customer and network signals in real time, anticipate issues and drive autonomous decision-making across the enterprise.
Anil Ganjoo, Chief Growth Officer and Global Head of Telecom, Media and Technology at HCLTech, said the collaboration brings together multi-agent AI capabilities with open, standards-based architectures. He said this enables service providers to deliver more intelligent and differentiated customer experiences at scale.
The Catalyst projects will be presented at TM Forum's DTW Ignite event in Copenhagen. HCLTech reported consolidated revenues of $14.7 billion for the 12 months ending March 2026 and employs more than 227,000 people across 60 countries.
