Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited has informed stock exchanges about a communication sent to shareholders on June 18, 2026, requesting them to claim unclaimed dividends for FY 2018-19 (Final) before the statutory transfer deadline to the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority.

Dividends remaining unclaimed for seven consecutive years must be transferred to the IEPFA constituted by the Government of India. HPCL's FY 2018-19 (Final) dividend is due for transfer to IEPFA in September 2026. Shares on which dividends have remained unclaimed for seven consecutive years are also liable for transfer to IEPFA.

Shareholders holding unclaimed dividends must submit claim request letters to HPCL's Registrar and Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, with supporting documents for KYC compliance. The claim deadline is September 11, 2026. Physical shareholders must submit forms including ISR-2 for banker signature verification and nomination-related forms as applicable.

Demat shareholders are required to provide a Client Master List verified by their Depository Participant, a self-attested PAN card copy, and an original cancelled cheque leaf linked to their demat account. The complete communication and unclaimed dividend details are available on the company's website at www.hindustanpetroleum.com under the Investors section.

If claim requests are not received by the deadline, HPCL will transfer the unclaimed dividend and applicable shares to IEPFA without further notice. Once transferred, shareholders must claim the amounts directly from IEPFA by completing the procedures outlined on the IEPF website at www.iepf.gov.in.
