The declaration confirms that no encumbrance on shares of IFCI Limited was made directly or indirectly during the financial year ending March 31, 2026, other than those already disclosed to the stock exchanges. The filing was executed by the Government of India and bears reference number F No. 211612A12-IF-I.
S. K. Singh, Under Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Financial Services, signed the disclosure on April 9, 2026 from Jeevan Deep Bhawan, Sansad Marg, New Delhi. The declaration was submitted to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on June 5, 2026. A copy of the filing was marked to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of IFCI Limited at IFCI Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi.
The Government of India, through the Department of Financial Services, is the promoter of IFCI Limited. Regulation 31(4) of the SEBI Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers Regulations requires persons holding substantial shares or control in listed companies to make an annual declaration regarding encumbrances on shares.
