She currently serves as Executive Chairperson of Flutura, an Industrial AI company acquired by Accenture, and is on the boards of Zensar Technologies, Bata India, KFin Technologies, and Vunet Systems. She holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
Mr. Rajesh Magow is the Co-Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of MakeMyTrip. His career spans over three decades across finance, operations, strategy, and business leadership. He was instrumental in MakeMyTrip's NASDAQ listing in 2010, the merger with Ibibo Group, and the expansion of Goibibo and redBus. He received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year - Services award in 2024. He serves as Chairman of the FICCI Tourism Committee and is a founder associated with Ashoka University and Plaksha University.
Both appointments are for five consecutive years from June 9, 2026 to June 8, 2031. The board approved the appointments on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee during the meeting held on June 8, 2026. The board meeting commenced at 7:18 PM and concluded at 7:26 PM.
