Intellect Design Arena Limited announced the carve-out of its Purple Fabric business into an independent Line of Business (LoB). Intellect appointed Deepak Dastrala as Chief Executive Officer and Business Head of Purple Fabric to lead the new entity.

Deepak Dastrala will report directly to Arun Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Intellect Design Arena, who will continue to mentor the leadership team. Dastrala also becomes a member of the Intellect Management Council and a Senior Management Personnel.

Over the last two years, Intellect has developed eMACH.ai and Purple Fabric as two parallel architectural platforms. Intellect determined that the intrinsic DNA of both platforms are different and made this the right time to give Purple Fabric its independent identity.

The carve-out provides Purple Fabric with dedicated resources, freedom, and agility required to accelerate growth in the Business Impact AI market. Purple Fabric operates as an Enterprise Intelligence Operating System that brings cognitive AI into business decisions and operational workflows. The platform guarantees a 95 percent accuracy SLA for high-stakes financial environments.

Purple Fabric has 45 clients live across global enterprise environments. The platform features an 18-layer architecture integrating hundreds of enterprise technologies. It has 550 domain-aware agents enabling multi-agent orchestration and contextual reasoning.

The independent LoB will operate under a networked Leadership Circle model with micro-team agility. Arun Jain will continue to mentor Deepak Dastrala and the leadership circle as they scale Purple Fabric.
