International Gemological Institute Limited (IGIL) has appointed Ms. Nitika Dalmia as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, with the appointment taking effect from July 1, 2026. She previously served as the Head of Secretarial and Legal at Kaya Limited for more than eight years. Her professional background also includes tenures at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited and the Essel Group.
Ms. Dalmia is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds an LLB degree from D Y Patil College of Law. Her expertise includes managing Board and Committee operations and ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations and stock exchange listing requirements.
