IPCA Laboratories Standalone Net Profit Rises to Rs 1,132.52 Crore in FY26

IPCA Laboratories Limited reported a standalone net profit of Rs 1,132.52 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, compared to Rs 650.76 crore in the previous year. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 7,336.75 crore from Rs 6,677.92 crore in FY25. Total income for the year stood at Rs 7,431.39 crore.

For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, standalone net profit stood at Rs 262.29 crore against a loss of Rs 65.05 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 was Rs 1,814.35 crore, up from Rs 1,638.44 crore in Q4 FY25. Total income for the quarter was Rs 1,844.23 crore. Profit before tax for the quarter stood at Rs 349.85 crore.

The board recommended a dividend of Rs 6 per equity share of face value Re 1 each (600%) for FY26. The record date for the dividend has been fixed as August 7, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting.

The board approved the re-appointment of Prashant Godha as Executive Director for a further period of five years from August 16, 2026. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing annual general meeting.

IPCA Laboratories recorded an exceptional item of Rs 30.42 crore for the year related to the impact of new Labour Codes. Basic earnings per share for FY26 stood at Rs 44.64 against Rs 25.65 in FY25. Total income for the year was Rs 1,138.47 crore compared to Rs 644.39 crore in the previous year. Profit before tax for FY26 stood at Rs 1,532.13 crore against Rs 999.77 crore in FY25.
