IRB Infrastructure Developers Reports 25% YoY Rise in May 2026 Toll Revenue

IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited reported gross toll collection of Rs 843 crore for May 2026, a 25% increase from Rs 672 crore in May 2025. The data covers 25 project SPVs across wholly-owned subsidiaries, IRB Infrastructure Trust, and IRB InvIT Fund.

IRB MP Expressway Pvt Limited, operating the Mumbai Pune Expressway and Old Mumbai Pune Highway, was the top contributor at Rs 176.2 crore, up from Rs 159.5 crore. IRB Golconda Expressway Private Limited added Rs 82.6 crore against Rs 73 crore. IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway Private Limited posted Rs 83.8 crore, up from Rs 68.7 crore.

Three new SPVs contributed for the first time. IRB Harihara Corridors Tollway Private Limited recorded Rs 61.5 crore after receiving the appointed date from NHAI on January 23, 2026. IRB Chandibhadra Tollway Limited began collections from April 1, 2026 and contributed Rs 24.1 crore. Meerut Budaun Expressway Private Limited started tolling on May 17, 2026 and added Rs 6.4 crore.

IRB Lalitpur Tollway Private Limited reported Rs 44 crore against Rs 37.5 crore. IRB Tumkur Chitradurga Tollway Limited collected Rs 39.2 crore versus Rs 37.7 crore. Five assets acquired on November 1, 2025 also contributed, including IRB Hapur Moradabad Tollway Limited at Rs 31.6 crore and Kishangarh Gulabpura Tollway Limited at Rs 23.3 crore.

IRB manages 28 highway assets spanning 13 states with approximately 1.5 million vehicle crossings daily. The weighted average residual concession life of the portfolio is about 21 years.
