Jupiter Wagons Limited has appointed Ms Ranjini Roy and Ms Siddhi Singhania as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective July 9, 2026. Both appointments are for a term of five consecutive years ending July 8, 2031, subject to shareholder approval at the next general meeting.
Ms Ranjini Roy is a senior business leader with over 25 years of experience across Aditya Birla Group, TCG and Avalon Consulting Group. She holds an M.Sc. from Presidency College, Kolkata and an MBA from IMI, New Delhi, and has contributed to corporate leadership and strategic advisory roles for leading Indian, global and Fortune 500 companies across FMCG, Metals, BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Chemicals, Construction, Automotive, Logistics and Agribusiness sectors.
Ms Siddhi Singhania is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with over 12 years of practice as a Company Secretary. She has advised listed and unlisted companies on corporate governance, secretarial audits, due diligence, internal corporate restructuring, IPO advisory services and NCLT matters.
The Board of Directors also approved shifting Jupiter Wagons' corporate office from 4/2 Middleton Street, Kolkata-700071 to 16 Taratalla Road, Alipore, Kolkata-700088, effective July 16, 2026. The Board meeting commenced at 1:00 PM and concluded at 1:45 PM on July 9, 2026.
Neither Ms Roy nor Ms Singhania is related to any director on the Board of Jupiter Wagons Limited. Both directors are not debarred from holding office of director pursuant to any SEBI order or any other authority.
