Kalpataru Projects International Limited fixes record date for Rs 11 final dividend, schedules 45th AGM

Kalpataru Projects International Limited has convened its 45th Annual General Meeting for July 15, 2026 at 12:30 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing and Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with regulatory circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI.

The Board of Directors had recommended a final dividend of Rs 11 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26 at its meeting held on May 14, 2026. The dividend of Rs 11 per equity share represents 550% on the face value and will be placed before shareholders for approval at the AGM.

Kalpataru Projects International Limited has fixed June 29, 2026 as the Record Date for determining shareholder eligibility for the final dividend. If declared at the AGM, the dividend will be paid on or before August 13, 2026.
