Kalpataru Projects International Reports Record Revenue and Profit for FY 2025-26, Schedules AGM

Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) reported its highest-ever revenue, order book, and profitability for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. KPIL issued the notice for its 45th Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 15, 2026 and submitted the integrated annual report for FY 2025-26 to the stock exchanges.

Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 27,143 crore for FY 2025-26, registering a 22 percent year-on-year growth. Profit after tax rose 82 percent to Rs 1,031 crore and profit before tax increased 62 percent to Rs 1,334 crore.

Earnings per share stood at Rs 60.9. The order book reached Rs 65,457 crore at the end of the fiscal year. New wins included a residential project in Delhi spanning over 14 million square feet, metro projects in Thane and New Delhi, and the commencement of its largest transmission line project in Chile.

KPIL completed and handed over its first international airport project at Hanimaadhoo in the Maldives. KPIL also completed the sale of road asset Vindhyachal Expressway to Actis. Net debt declined 53 percent year-on-year to Rs 915 crore.

Net worth stood at Rs 7,777 crore with return on equity at 14.4 percent and return on capital employed at 21.4 percent. Market capitalisation exceeded Rs 18,000 crore as of March 31, 2026. KPIL has a 45-year legacy and a workforce of over 28,600 employees representing more than 50 nationalities.

The 45th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for July 15, 2026 through video conferencing. KPIL operates across power transmission and distribution, buildings and factories, water supply and treatment, railways, oil and gas infrastructure, urban mobility, highways, and airports with a presence in over 75 countries.
