The NSE Surveillance Department sent a letter dated June 22, 2026, bearing number NSE/CM/Surveillance/17141, to Kirloskar Brothers Limited. The exchange's email was received around 06.12 p.m. on June 22, 2026. The exchange sought the company's response on the significant increase in the volume of its securities in the recent past across stock exchanges. The letter did not specify a particular time period for the observed increase. Kirloskar Brothers Limited submitted its clarification on June 23, 2026.
In its response, Kirloskar Brothers Limited stated that all information and events required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015 have been disclosed to the stock exchanges within the stipulated timelines. These disclosures included all events that have a bearing on the operations and performance of Kirloskar Brothers Limited, as well as all price-sensitive information.
Kirloskar Brothers Limited clarified that apart from the disclosures already made to the stock exchanges, there is no further information or event requiring disclosure under the said regulations. Kirloskar Brothers Limited added that it will continue to make appropriate disclosures from time to time as required under the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations.
