Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its 17th Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. IST through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means facility.
The company has fixed July 31, 2026 as the Record Date for declaration of Final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from August 1, 2026 to August 7, 2026 for the purpose of the AGM and declaration of Final Dividend.
Members whose names appear as Beneficial Owners at the end of business hours on July 31, 2026 in the list furnished by NSDL and CDSL in respect of equity shares held in electronic form will be eligible for the dividend, if declared at the AGM.
The Notice of the 17th AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 will be sent only by email to members whose email addresses are registered with the company, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, or Depository Participants. The documents will also be made available on the company's website and on the websites of BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
