KNR Constructions secures Rs 235 crore flyover order from Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation

KNR Constructions Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance from Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad for construction of a 6 lane bi-directional flyover in Telangana. The Letter of Acceptance was received on 09 June 2026 and was disclosed to both the stock exchanges on the same date.

The flyover will cross three major junctions: TKR College junction, Gayatri Nagar Junction, and Mandamallamma Junction in the Malkajgiri area of Hyderabad. The project will be executed on Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) or Turnkey basis, making KNR Constructions Limited responsible for the complete design, engineering, procurement, and construction of the flyover structure along with associated approach roads and infrastructure.

The total order value is Rs 235.07 crore, excluding GST. KNR Constructions Limited is required to complete the project within 24 months from the date of award as per the contract terms. The GST component will be paid separately by Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation over and above the stated contract value.

KNR Constructions Limited disclosed this order win to BSE and National Stock Exchange under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. KNR Constructions' equity shares are listed on BSE with scrip code 532942 and on NSE with symbol KNRCON.

This project adds to KNR Constructions Limited's existing order book in the roads and flyovers segment. KNR Constructions Limited has executed several EPC projects for municipal corporations and state government agencies across Telangana and other states. KNR Constructions Limited's order book has grown with this new infrastructure project win.
