The rating upgrade applies to a future NCD issuance of Rs 100 crore. The Commercial Paper facility remains affirmed at IND A1+ under the rating actions. India Ratings & Research Private Limited implemented these rating actions under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
