KPIL Issues Letter to Members with 45th AGM Notice and Annual Report Link

Kalpataru Projects International Limited has informed the stock exchanges about a letter issued to members who have not registered their email addresses with the company, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, or depositories. The letter provides a web link to access the Integrated Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 along with the Notice of the 45th Annual General Meeting.

The 45th AGM of Kalpataru Projects International Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 12:30 PM IST through Video Conferencing and Other Audio Visual Means. The company has made the Integrated Annual Report and AGM Notice available on its website at www.kalpataruprojects.com.

Pursuant to SEBI regulations, the company is required to send the web link for accessing annual report details to members who have not registered their email addresses. The letter facilitates compliance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Members holding securities in physical form are required to furnish PAN, contact details with PIN code, mobile number, bank account details, and specimen signature for their folio numbers. From April 01, 2024, dividend payments to members holding securities in physical form are made only through electronic mode.

Effective November 19, 2025, payment of dividend shall be processed in electronic mode only, with payment through dividend warrant or cheque discontinued. Members who have not registered the required details are requested to complete or update their information at the earliest.
