Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL), one of India's leading diversified engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) companies, has secured new orders and notifications of awards valued at approximately Rs 2,957 crore. The orders span KPIL's Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Buildings & Factories (B&F), and Water business segments. The orders were received in the normal course of business.
The T&D orders include projects in India and overseas markets. The B&F orders are in India. A Water business order in the Middle East was secured through a joint venture or consortium.
The Water business order marks KPIL's entry into the Middle East. KPIL executes projects in over 25 countries and has a presence in more than 75 countries across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the Americas, and Europe.
For the year ended March 31, 2026, KPIL reported consolidated revenue of Rs 27,143 crore, net profit of Rs 1,031 crore, and an order book of Rs 65,457 crore. KPIL's activities span power transmission and distribution, buildings and factories, water supply and treatment, railways, oil and gas infrastructure, urban mobility, highways and airports.
MD & CEO Manish Mohnot said the T&D wins strengthen KPIL's market position in India and select global markets. The Water business order marks KPIL's entry into the Middle East, a region with growth potential.
