Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a franchise agreement for Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The 88-room property will include a restaurant, banquet and conference facilities, a fitness centre, and modern public spaces for business and leisure travellers.

This signing brings the company's total portfolio in Rajasthan to 23 hotels, with 13 operational and 10 in the pipeline. In Jaipur specifically, the group now has six hotels, split evenly between three operational and three upcoming properties.

Jaipur has been a key market for the group, with demand supported by its cultural heritage, wedding tourism, and growing commercial ecosystem. The Keys Prima brand targets the upper-midscale lifestyle segment, offering contemporary rooms and curated social spaces for experience-conscious travellers.

The property is located at Swarna Bhoomi, Sirsi Road, near Khatipura. It lies approximately 20 km from Jaipur International Airport and 11 km from Jaipur Junction Railway Station.

Lemon Tree Hotels operates 130 properties across more than 80 cities in India and abroad, with a pipeline of over 130 upcoming hotels under development. Its brand portfolio includes Aurika Hotels & Resorts, Lemon Tree Premier, Lemon Tree Hotels, Red Fox, Keys Prima, Keys Select, and Keys Lite, spanning segments from upper upscale to leisure.

Lemon Tree Hotels follows an asset-light expansion model focused on management and franchise agreements. It has grown from a single 49-room hotel in 2004 to over 250 operational and upcoming properties across segments.
