Linde India Limited reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 2,530.64 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, against Rs 2,485.38 crore in the previous year. Profit before tax for FY26 rose to Rs 727.01 crore from Rs 606.47 crore in FY25.
Standalone profit after tax for the year stood at Rs 550.87 crore, compared with Rs 447.81 crore in the preceding fiscal year. Total income for the year was Rs 549.72 crore against Rs 446.31 crore in FY25. Earnings per share improved to Rs 64.59 in FY26 from Rs 52.51 in FY25.
In the January-March 2026 quarter, Linde India posted standalone revenue from operations of Rs 614.33 crore, against Rs 591.88 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax for the quarter stood at Rs 85.20 crore compared with Rs 117.90 crore in the year-ago period.
The gases and related products segment recorded annual revenue of Rs 2,123.18 crore in FY26, while the project engineering segment reported revenue of Rs 980.61 crore. Total segment profit before interest and tax for the year was Rs 760.70 crore, with the gases segment contributing Rs 641.88 crore and the project engineering segment adding Rs 118.82 crore.
The board recommended a total dividend of Rs 12 per equity share for FY26, comprising a regular dividend of Rs 4 per share and a special dividend of Rs 8 per share. The dividend is on equity shares of face value Rs 10 each.
The 90th annual general meeting is scheduled on August 13, 2026. The register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from August 7 to August 13, 2026, for the AGM and dividend payment.
