Mankind Pharma Promoters Confirm Nil Encumbrance on Shares for FY2026

Mankind Pharma Limited has filed a disclosure with stock exchanges confirming that its promoters and promoter group did not create any encumbrance on their shareholdings during the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The confirmation under Regulation 31(4) of the SEBI Takeover Regulations was submitted by promoter Ramesh Juneja on April 7, 2026.

The disclosure was filed with BSE and the National Stock Exchange. It covers 89 entities comprising individual promoters, promoter group members, and persons acting in concert, spanning family trusts, Hindu Undivided Families, corporate bodies, and partnerships.

Individual promoters include Ramesh Juneja, Rajeev Juneja, and Sheetal Arora. Family trusts in the name of Ramesh Juneja, Rajeev Juneja, and the Prem Sheetal Family Trust are also classified as promoters. Promoter group entities include Mankind Biotech Private Limited, Mankind Drugs Private Limited, Pathkind Diagnostics Private Limited, Casablanca Pharma Private Limited, and ACE Overseas Ventures.

The promoter group further includes entities across real estate, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and investments, such as Appian Buildwell LLP, Bestochem Formulations, RCJ Advisors Private Limited, Rotokind Technologies, and Printman. Overseas entities Casablanca Pharma Pte Ltd and ANM Holdings Pte Ltd are also part of the group.

R C Juneja and Sons HUF and Rajeev Juneja and Sons HUF are included in the promoter group category. A copy of the disclosure was marked to the audit committee of Mankind Pharma.

Mankind Pharma, headquartered in New Delhi, is listed on both BSE and NSE under the symbol MANKIND.
