Marine Electricals (India) Ltd has secured fresh orders worth ₹96.40 crore (excluding taxes) from Princeton Digital Group (India) Management Private Limited for the supply of power distribution systems.
According to the company’s exchange filing, the execution and delivery of the order is expected to be completed over a period of 12-14 months.
The company clarified that none of the promoters or promoter group entities have any interest in the transaction and the contract does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
The latest order further strengthens Marine Electricals’ growing presence in India’s fast-expanding data centre infrastructure segment.
Earlier this year, the company had secured another order worth ₹27.21 crore from Princeton Digital Group for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of power distribution systems.
Marine Electricals has also been steadily building its order pipeline across data centre, marine and industrial electrical infrastructure businesses. Recently, the company secured orders worth around ₹70.86 crore, including contracts from Princeton Digital Group and C Torq Marine Services.
The company has previously executed projects linked to Adani Data Center’s Chennai project and Bridge Datacentres’ Mumbai project, highlighting its increasing exposure to India’s digital infrastructure buildout.
Princeton Digital Group (PDG), one of Asia’s major data centre operators, has been aggressively expanding in India. In March 2026, PDG announced a strategic acquisition adding 210 MW of data centre capacity in India, taking its total planned and operational capacity in the country to nearly 1 GW.
Marine Electricals operates as an integrated electrical and automation solutions provider with a strong presence across marine, industrial and data centre infrastructure segments.
